Terms of Service

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

By engaging Prime Green Landscape ("we", "us") for services, you ("Client") agree to the following terms:

1. Payments & Billing

Card on File: A valid credit or debit card is required to secure service. We use a secure system (Stripe) to store payment methods.
Automatic Billing: For recurring services (weekly/bi-weekly mowing), your card will be charged automatically the day after service is completed or on the 1st of the month for flat-rate subscriptions.
Deposits: Large projects (like Mulch Installation) may require a 50% deposit before scheduling.

2. Cancellations

We are a "No Contract" service. You may cancel your service at any time. We kindly ask for a 24-hour notice before your scheduled service day via email to avoid a trip charge.

3. Property Access & Pets

Gates: Please ensure all gates are unlocked on your service day. If we cannot access the backyard, we will service only the front yard, and the full service price will still apply.
Pets: For the safety of your pets and our crew, please keep pets inside during service. We are not responsible if a pet escapes through a gate left open by our crew if the pet was in the yard during service.

4. Rain & Weather Delays

We do not mow in heavy rain. If weather prevents service on your scheduled day, we will automatically reschedule for the next playable day. You will receive a notification of any schedule changes.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with a service, you must notify us within 24 hours. We will return to correct the issue at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds, but we guarantee we will make it right.
